1. Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ek44 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). Access to and use of any part of the ek44 website at https://ek44.bar is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Service.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on ek44, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety. 3. Account Registration & Verification

When you create an account on ek44, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify us promptly of any changes to your registration details. ek44 may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days).
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., confirmation of bKash or Nagad account ownership).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account and any associated funds. ek44 is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate documentation provided by the user.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

ek44 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support instant deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment methods:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳100, minimum withdrawal ৳500.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are accepted subject to standard clearance times.
• International cards (Visa, Mastercard) are accepted where permitted by local banking regulations.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business hours for mobile banking and 1-3 business days for bank transfers, subject to KYC clearance.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ek44 reserves the right to delay or reverse any transaction that appears inconsistent with the account holder's verified profile. Winnings may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

ek44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Welcome bonuses and free spins must be used within 7 days of crediting or they will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• A standard rollover (wagering requirement) of 20x the bonus amount applies unless the specific promotion specifies a different multiplier. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the rollover is satisfied in full.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Only one active bonus may be held at a time per account.

ek44 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at its sole discretion if abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation is suspected. Users found to be misusing promotions will have all associated bonus balances forfeited and their accounts may be restricted or closed permanently.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ek44 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential forfeiture of all funds held:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or take advantage of promotional offers more than once (bonus abuse).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account credentials, or engaging in any form of chip dumping or match fixing.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or depositing funds obtained through illegal means. ek44 cooperates with relevant authorities and may report suspicious transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on ek44, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of ek44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from ek44. The ek44 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ek44. You must not use such marks without prior written approval.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ek44 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

ek44 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary service downtime. In no event shall ek44's total liability to you exceed the amount you deposited in your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming Commitment

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to an independent dispute resolution body. ek44 shall not be bound by any resolution reached through a process that was not initiated through the official complaints procedure described above.

11. Amendments to These Terms

ek44 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the new Terms. 12. Account Termination

ek44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account — with or without prior notice — if there is reasonable grounds to believe the account has been used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner that is detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other users. Upon termination for cause, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the user via their registered payment method after standard KYC and anti-fraud checks, unless the funds themselves are subject to a freeze or forfeiture under these Terms.
